Interota 2014 Registration is officially open!
In 2011, Canadian Rotaractors attended Interota in Hurghada, Egypt and their successful bid to host the next International Rotaract Conference in 2014 means that we get to welcome you all in Toronto & Montréal!
Interota 2014 will be in Toronto and Montreal from Saturday, July 26 to Friday, August 1, 2014!
We are so pleased to announce that early bird registration is open from now until November 30th, 2013 or until registration reaches 100 delegates!
The all-inclusive fee for Rotaractors is $650.00 (CAD) and for Rotarians and guests the fee is $800.00 (CAD).
The Registration fee includes:
Accommodation – 6 nights, double occupancy in dorm and hotel-style accommodations
Meals – 6 breakfasts, 5 lunches and 5 dinners
Activities – all scheduled activities (Optional activities will be organized for free, where possible, and at an extra expense to delegates when applicable)
Transportation – e.g. transportation to scheduled Interota 2014 activities, one-way transportation between Toronto and Montreal, etc. The fee will not cover transportation costs for delegates to travel to and/or from Toronto or Montreal before and after the conference.
